We're kicking off by focusing on Intention Setting - a crucial first step in claiming the life and creative expression you truly desire.

What kind of Creative Hero lives in your soul?
Take a quiet moment to reflect in your journal. What truly called you to embark on this journey today? What unaddressed patterns, emotional echoes or creative blocks are you ready to confront and transform? Dig deep, bravely exploring both the challenges you face and the profound desires for change in this private sacred space just for you.
Now consider: What kind of Creative Hero lives in your soul, ready to emerge, to heal, to fight, to stand for your values? What kind of life is this hero striving to create?
Write freely and without judgement. Hold space for yourself in the privacy of your journal and allow the pen to be your guide as you explore your truths.
Creative Expression Prompt:
What colors call to your inner Creative Hero?
Gather any art materials that call to you. Begin with the colors that resonate with the energy or essence of the Creative Hero living within your soul. What colors speak to their courage, their dreams, their capacity for healing?
Don't overthink it. Play on the page with the colors. Let your inner creative hero guide your hand, allowing intuition to lead. As you create, observe: What patterns begin to emerge? Are they chaotic, flowing, broken or harmonious? This exploration is about process, expression, and discovery.
Integration Prompt:
What does being a Creative Hero mean to you?
Integration is important part of reinforcing new patterns, holding us accountable and giving us practice in using those new patterns. This is an opportunity for practice in a safe space.
