Cancellation Policy

1. Session Scheduling & Preparation: All Personalized Guided Journey Sessions are 60 minutes in length and must be scheduled in advance through our online booking calendar. To ensure our time together is as impactful as possible, please complete your pre-session form at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows your guide, Taelynna, to review your needs and tailor your intuitive art process. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can reschedule your session directly through the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be forfeited. These sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Session Expiration: All purchased Guided Journey Sessions (including those in 3-session packs) must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Sessions unused after this period may be forfeited. 4. Our Commitment: In the rare event that Czech Studios needs to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time or a full refund for that specific session. 5. Important Disclaimer: These sessions are for mentorship and guidance, and are not a substitute for therapy, professional mental health care, or medical advice.
